No. A plan includes a number of managers and a number of field workers, and the price does not change with how many of those seats you fill. A club with a large volunteer crew pays the same as one with a small crew on the same plan.

Yes. Trails, maintenance items, notes and photos are all available offline, and work recorded out of signal syncs when the phone finds a connection. You can download a pack for a network in advance so the base map, the terrain and the photos are on the device before you leave the parking lot.

Yes — GPX, KML and GeoJSON, in bulk. Most organizations arrive with files from a handheld GPS or an older mapping tool, and importing them is the first thing you do rather than a migration project.

Nothing is deleted and nothing stops working. You are asked to move up a plan before you add the next one over the cap. Archiving a finished project or client also gives its slot straight back, so the active counts follow your current work rather than everything you have ever done.
