TWO WAYS TO REPORT TRAIL DAMAGE
Report it from the trail.
Out riding, hiking, or walking and you spot a problem? The app uses your phone’s GPS to figure out which trail you’re on — you just add a photo and a one-line note, then send. The crew sees it within minutes.
- Open the app — your trail loads automatically from GPS
- Pick the issue type from the list
- Snap a photo and add one quick line of context
- Hit send — the crew gets it the moment you have signal
Report it from the couch.
No signal on the trail, in a hurry, or just want to deal with it later? Snap a photo while you’re there (make sure location services are on in your camera), then upload it from the app whenever you’re back online. The photo’s built-in GPS tells us exactly which trail it belongs to.
- Take a photo on the trail — keep camera location on
- Open the app when you’re back online
- Tap “Upload photo” and pick the shot from your camera roll
- The app reads the photo’s coordinates and routes it to the right trail
Follow your trails, Get pinged the moment their status changes.
Save the trail networks you ride, hike, or run — and the TrailsIQ Report app sends you a push the second their status flips. Open, caution, closed, or back open again: no checking weather forums, no group-chat rumours. Trail crews update once; everyone who follows them knows.
- Search any trail organisationType a name, see their trail count and access (public, private, pass-required) at a glance, tap to follow.
